Tender: Supply of ICT Equipment for Chief Minister's Secretariat, Quetta

Issuer: Section Officer (Admin), Chief Minister's Secretariat, Quetta.

Purpose: Invitation for electronic bids from eligible bidders for the supply of ICT equipment, including network equipment, surveillance devices, storage devices and office equipment. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required. Tender fee is not required.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) / BPPRA portal and submit bids electronically. Bidders must meet eligibility requirements including prior assignments of similar nature and complexity, valid tax registration and presence on the Active Taxpayer List, and must not be blacklisted.

Additional requirements: Submission of an affidavit on stamp paper (as per advertisement), original bid security as specified, requisite technical and financial documents, and compliance with other terms set out in the bidding documents.
