Public Notice: Transfer of Leasehold Rights — Plot No. 05, Bungalow No. 19, Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt

The Military Estates Officer, Multan Circle, gives notice of transfer of leasehold rights by way of inheritance in respect of Plot No. 05, Bungalow No. 19 (601.6 sq. yards), Survey No. 109/4, Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt. The claim is submitted by the legal heirs of the deceased lessee Syed Fayyaz Hussain Gilani (d. 07-10-2020) and his mother Jamila Khatoon (d. 06-01-2024) supported by an affidavit dated 04-03-2026 attested by the Notary Public, Multan, and a court decree dated 08-09-2025 passed by Mst. Munazza Asim, Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Multan.

Named legal heirs include Sikandar Hussain Gilani (brother), Najma Gilani (sister), Rubina Dilshad Hussain (widow), Sanna Hussain Gilani (daughter), Fahd Hussain Gilani (son), Fauzan Hussain Gilani (son), Salman Hussain Gilani (son), and the son(s) and daughter(s) of the late Jamila Khatoon. Anyone having objections to the transfer may submit them to the undersigned within 15 days from publication, after which mutation will be effected in favour of the named heirs.
