Public Notice: Transfer of Leasehold Rights for Plot No.02, Bungalow No.19, Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt

The Military Estates Officer, Multan Circle, announces transfer of leasehold rights by way of inheritance for Plot No.02, Bungalow No.19 (509.2 sq. yards), Survey No.109/1, Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt. The property was formerly leased by the late Syed Fayyaz Hussain Gilani (d. 07-10-2020) and his mother Jamila Khatoon (d. 06-01-2024). Claimants have produced an affidavit dated 04-03-2026 and a Court Decree dated 08-09-2025 by Munazza Asim, Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division), Multan.

The named legal heirs are Sikandar Hussain Gilani, Najma Gilani, Rubina Dilshad Hussain, Sanna Hussain Gilani, Fahd Hussain Gilani, Fauzan Hussain Gilani, and Salman Hussain Gilani. Anyone having objections to the proposed transfer by inheritance must submit them to the undersigned within 15 days from the publication of this notice; otherwise mutation will be made in favour of the above-named heirs.
