National Security Division (NSD) / Strategic Policy Planning Cell (SPPC), Government of Pakistan, invites sealed e-bids through E-PADS 2.0 for event management and related services for short-term engagements under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004. Interested event management firms/companies/contractors may download bidding documents free of cost from PPRA, NSD and E-PADS 2.0 portals.

Key Submission & Eligibility Instructions:
- Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope under PPRA rules. Documents downloadable from www.ppra.org.pk, www.nsd.gov.pk and E-PADS 2.0 (eprocure.gov.pk).
- E-bids must be submitted through E-PADS 2.0 by the stated deadlines. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of accredited representatives.
- Bid security/earnest money: 3% of the total bid value (separate for each tender) in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / CDR. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS and original must be submitted to Deputy Secretary (Admin), NSD, Room No. 345-E, 3rd Floor, Prime Minister’s Office, Islamabad before bid closing time.
- Also submit the technical proposal in hard copy to the Deputy Secretary (Admin), NSD for technical evaluation and verification.
