How to Apply

Bidding documents/RFP can be downloaded from EPADS. A hard copy can also be obtained from the Director Exploration, Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Peshawar Head Quarter office on payment of Rs 1000/- (non-refundable). Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals through EPADS and also in hard form to the office of the Director Exploration by 11:00 AM on or before the closing date.

Notes

Bidding will be conducted through a single stage, two envelopes procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. A bid security of 2% of the bid value is required. Incomplete bids or bids from blacklisted firms will be considered non-responsive. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
