Eligibility
Only contractors/firms registered with PEC, enlisted with C&W Department, and registered with the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy & Power Deptt: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Electricity Act, 1937 (Rule 48 & hold Class E license) are eligible. Bidders must have relevant PEC codes (EE04 and EE05) with an office in Peshawar.

How to Apply
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (eprocure.gov.pk) after NIT publication on the KPPRA website. Bids must be filled and a clear scan copy uploaded at the time of submission through EPADS. The original bid/call deposits received via fax or by hand will not be accepted. Sealed bids must be sent through registered mail/courier to the Office of the Assistant Director (Senior-HQ) Local Government & Rural Development Department Buner.

Notes
Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit is required. Bids quoting more than 10% below the Engineer's Estimate must submit an additional 8% security. Bids quoting more than 20% below will require additional security equal to the differential amount. The PEC and KPPRA registration (Active Tax Payer) must be valid for the current financial year. Bids shall be valid for 90 days from the closing date.
