Invitation for bids for the procurement of specialized rescue equipment under a Framework Contracting Arrangement.

Eligibility

Eligible firms/manufacturers/authorized suppliers registered through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Bidders must possess a valid NTN, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status with FBR, and registration with KPRA. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.

How to Apply

Interested bidders shall submit their Technical and Financial Bids through E-PADS at https://kppra.gov.pk. Submission through E-PADS is mandatory, and any bid not submitted electronically shall be considered non-responsive.

Notes

Bid security in the amount of PKR 2.5 M per lot in the shape of CDR/SDR/DD or any other form acceptable under KP-PPRA regime shall be submitted. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure.
