How to Apply

Interested bidders must be registered with E-PADS. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Directorate General Industries and Commerce official website www.dgiic.kp.gov.pk or from the official website of KPPRA www.kppra.gov.pk after depositing a tender fee of Rs. 2,000/-. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS system. A scanned copy of the original bid must be uploaded on E-PADS before the deadline, and the original copy along with CDR must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director/Controller Printing Press.

Notes

The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure. A bid security of 02% of the estimated cost is required in the shape of a CDR. A successful bidder is required to submit 10% of the total bid amount as a performance guarantee. The Competent Authority has the right to reject or increase/decrease any or all bids.
