Municipal Committee Shakargarh invites percentage/item-rate tenders (EPDAs) under PPRA rules for the schemes listed below. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System and the PPRA website and can be read at the Municipal Committee office. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

- Bid opening: 2026-08-18 at 1:00 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Shakargarh in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Important instructions and conditions:
- Contractors must quote rates in numbers and words on percentage or item-rate basis as required.
- If the lowest quoted rate is more than 5% below the estimated cost, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security from a scheduled bank (in addition to the bid deposit) within 15 days of notification; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the bid deposit and initiation of re-tendering.
- Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut/overwritten bids will be rejected.
- The Administrator (Competent Authority) may reject all bids at any time prior to approval/acceptance.
- Upon issuance of acceptance, the successful contractor must execute the agreement and deposit the required performance guarantee (on stamp paper of value specified by the Government) within 14 days for issuance of the Work Order. Time for completion will be stated in the Work Order.

- Download and submit bid documents exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System (refer to the PPRA/e-procurement portal). Reading copies may be obtained at the Municipal Committee office.
