District Police Officer, Narowal invites e-procurement bids (Framework Contracts) from well-reputed and financially sound registered firms with previous experience and valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments for supply/repair/works for the financial year 2026-27 (up to 2027-06-30) under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
Submission method: Single-Stage-One-Envelope e-procurement via Punjab eProcure portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must upload bids on the portal. Financial bids will be opened in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firms as scheduled below.
Important conditions: Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost (amounts shown below) is required. Rates must include GST/PST (no change allowed until 2027-06-30). Successful bidders will provide 5% of the total contract value as Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR.
