WAPDA e-Bid: Supply of Transformer Oil (Nynas Libra) for GB Power Complex, Barotha-Attock

WAPDA (represented by the Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex) invites electronic bids for the procurement of Transformer Oil Nynas Libra for generator transformer installed at WAPDA GB Power Complex, Barotha-Attock on FOB basis. Eligible bidders are bona fide manufacturers/authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Delivery/contract completion period is 120 days from issuance of the purchase order.

Bidding documents are available on EPADS (epads.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 2026-08-26 11:00 Hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs. Each bidder must furnish an original Bid Security of Rs. 3,130,000.00 in the form of CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock and ensure it reaches the office on or before the e-bid closing date and time.
