RFP: Consultancy for Design Vetting & Supervision of Government Girls Degree College, Batkhela (ADP 829/250289)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Communication & Works (C&W) Division Malakand.

Purpose: Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure engineering consultancy services for design vetting and supervision of the Establishment of Government Girls Degree College (GGDC) at Batkhela, District Malakand under Provincial ADP # 829/250289 (2026-27).

Eligibility & selection:

• RFP invited through E-PADS from shortlisted consultant firms of C&W Department (Building Works).
• Firms must be registered with FBR and KPRA.
• Selection will follow Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) as described in the RFP documents.
