Tender: Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables — DHQ Hospital Tank (EPADS)

Medical Superintendent, District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, Tank invites sealed bids under the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for local purchase of medicines, surgical disposables and other related items under framework contract for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be eligible under KP-PPRA rules and registered on the EPADS portal.

How to apply: Download bid solicitation documents from EPADS (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication or from KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register on the EPADS portal to obtain a unique user name and password.

Submission instructions: Bidders shall submit bids by uploading scanned copies (PDF) on EPADS on or before the specified deadline. All mandatory documents and the bid security must be uploaded. Original physical bid security (Call Deposit Receipt/ CDR) in the name of "Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital, Tank" must be submitted in original. Bids received through hand/post/courier/e-mail/fax will NOT be accepted. Only one bid security (original) is to be submitted. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP-PPRA rules.

Mandatory condition: The successful supplier/supplier shall ensure uninterrupted and continuous supply of life-saving medicines to DHQ Hospital, Tank under all circumstances; delays or suspension of supply, including due to budgetary release issues, are not acceptable.
