Tender: Procurement of Myo-Electric (Bionic) Prostheses — Social Welfare Dept., Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Peshawar) invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding through the EPADS e-procurement system for procurement and fitting of myo-electric prostheses (bionic devices, above-elbow and below-elbow) for FY 2026-27.

Eligibility: Manufacturers, Importers and/or Authorized Dealers of myo-electric prosthetic devices. Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope. Tender documents and terms/conditions are available on the department/PPRA portals and from the office of the Additional Secretary on payment of a non-refundable fee (Rs. 2,000) as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security must be furnished as bank call deposit/call deposit receipt per package.

Pre-bid meeting: Office of Additional Secretary, Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment Department (date and time as per bidding documents). Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS as instructed in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per the schedule published on EPADS.
