KP-HCIP Request for Bids — Solarization of Schools & Education Offices in Peshawar, Nowshera & Swabi

Project Management Unit (PMU), KP-Human Capital Investment Project (KP-HCIP), Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids (Single Stage–One Envelope) from eligible bidders for the solarization of schools (male & female) and DEOs/Directorate offices at District Peshawar, Nowshera, Swabi and selected Education Secretariat/DPD/ESEF offices. The contract is financed in part by the World Bank under Credit No. 6714-PK. Procurement will follow Open National Competitive Procurement using RFB (Single Stage One Envelope) in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.

Important instructions and conditions:

• Pre-bid conference: 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of KP-HCIP Office, House No. 1/2-A, University Town, Peshawar. Prospective bidders must register their request for sharing of online/remote access, if needed.
• Bid documents: Available for purchase from the Procurement Section upon written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000. Documents may be inspected during office hours (09:00–17:00) at the KP-HCIP (Education) Office.
• Bid security: As specified per lot in the table above. Bids must be accompanied by the required “Bid Security” in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or call deposit receipt.
• Bids must be delivered to: Project Director, KP-HCIP (Education) Office, House # 1-2/A, Park Avenue, University Town, Peshawar. Late bids will be rejected. Electronic bidding is not permitted.
• All bids must comply with World Bank procurement rules and include any required disclosures, including Beneficial Ownership Disclosure if applicable.
