Inviting tenders for various development works including water supply schemes, handpump installation, pavement of streets, and transformer maintenance under ADP No.1742/250730 'Tobacco Development Cess FY 2025-26'.
Eligibility
Government contractors registered with PEC, enlisted with C&W Department as per Centralized policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. For electrical works, contractors must be registered with Inspectorate of Electricity, Power Deptt: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Electricity Act, 1937 under Rule 46 & hold Class E License.

How to Apply
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be filled, scanned, and uploaded through EPADS. The original bid envelope must be delivered through courier to the Office of the Assistant Director (Senior-H/Q) Local Government & Rural Development Department Buner, at Dr. Abdul Qadir Colony Project Daggar. Bids received by fax or hand will not be acceptable.

Notes
Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders quoting more than 10% below the Engineer's Estimate must submit an additional 8% security. The PEC and KPPRA registration (Active Tax Payer) must be valid for the current financial year. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
