RAK Ceramics Public Notice — Trademark Restraint & Authorized Distributor (Lahore)

Issuer: RAK Ceramics PJSC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE). Purpose: Public notice to traders, dealers, importers, wholesalers and all concerned persons throughout Pakistan regarding registered trademarks "RAK", "RAK CERAMICS" and "RAK PORCELAIN" and an injunction restraining certain parties from using these marks or any deceptively similar marks in relation to tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware or allied products.

The Honourable Tribunal has restrained the following parties (and persons dealing through or under them) from using the RAK marks:

Warning: Any person or entity dealing in counterfeits and/or infringing on the RAK-branded products, including supply, sale, distribution, importation, passing off, unfair competition or any other illicit trade, will be taken seriously and may face legal proceedings. RAK Ceramics neither accepts nor assumes any liability for goods that are not genuine or not obtained through the authorized channel.

Authorized distributor (only genuine RAK products available through): Feroz Marketing Services, 122-A Commercial Broadway, Phase VIII, DHA, Lahore.

Action advice: Traders, retailers and consumers should purchase RAK-branded products only from the authorized distributor listed above. Parties dealing with or sourcing RAK-branded goods should verify authenticity to avoid legal exposure.
