Public Notice: RAK Ceramics Trademark Injunction and List of Restrained Parties (Lahore)

Issuer: RAK Ceramics PJSC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE). This public legal notice informs traders, dealers, retailers, importers, wholesalers and the general public in Pakistan that RAK Ceramics is the registered proprietor of the trademarks “RAK”, “RAK CERAMICS” and “RAK PORCELAIN” in Pakistan and has initiated legal action for trademark infringement and unfair competition before the Honourable Intellectual Property Tribunal, Punjab, Lahore. The Tribunal has restrained certain parties from using the trademarks “RAK” or any identical or deceptively similar mark for tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware or allied products.

Restrained parties (as listed in the notice):

Warning: Any person or entity dealing in counterfeit and/or infringing products bearing the “RAK” brand or passing off products as genuine RAK products may face legal action. RAK Ceramics accepts no liability for products sold by unauthorized dealers.

Authorized distributor in Pakistan (as stated): Forte Marketing Services, 122-A, Commercial Broadway, Phase VIII, DHA, Lahore. Genuine RAK products are only available through the authorized distributor named above.
