Public Notice: RAK Ceramics Trademark Restraining Order and Warning Against Counterfeits

RAK Ceramics PJSC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE), proprietor of the trademarks “RAK”, “RAK CERAMICS” and “RAK PORCELAIN” in Pakistan, issues this public notice regarding a Tribunal order and ongoing intellectual property enforcement. By Order dated 2026-03-17 the Honourable Tribunal has restrained specified parties from using the RAK trademarks or any identical or deceptively similar mark in relation to tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware or allied products.

The restrained parties named in the order include:

RAK Ceramics warns that dealing in counterfeit or infringing RAK-branded products sourced from the above parties or any unauthorized sources may result in civil and criminal liability. RAK Ceramics does not accept responsibility for the quality or performance of such counterfeit products and reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings and other enforcement actions.
