RAK Ceramics Public Notice: Trademark Injunction and Warning — Lahore

Issuer: RAK Ceramics PJSC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE). Purpose: Public notice of an intellectual property injunction and warning against unauthorised use of RAK trademarks in Pakistan.

RAK Ceramics is the registered proprietor in Pakistan of the trademarks RAK, RAK CERAMICS and RAK PORCELAIN. By order dated 2025-11-13, the Honourable Intellectual Property Tribunal, Punjab (Lahore) has restrained the named parties and persons acting through or under them from using the RAK trademarks or any identical or deceptively similar mark in relation to tiles, ceramics, sanitaryware and allied products.

Warning: Any person or entity dealing in counterfeit and/or infringing RAK-branded products sourced from the above parties or any unauthorised source may be liable for trademark infringement and other legal action. RAK Ceramics disclaims liability for products not manufactured, sold or authorised by it.
