Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — E-Bidding Notice: Construction of Wildlife Field Station in Kolai Palas

Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kohistan Wildlife Division (Wildlife Department). The Division invites electronic bids (single-stage, single-envelope) from eligible, registered contractors for construction works in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 via the ePADS e-bidding system.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the ePADS / e-bidding system in accordance with KPPRA rules and relevant KPPRA notifications.

- Contractors/firms must have active/renewed registration with: (i) Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code, (ii) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and (iii) Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with a valid NTN.

- Complete details of bid security (CDR), bank name, CDR number and date must be submitted electronically along with the e-bid. Bid security amount indicated equals 2% of the Engineer's estimate; stamp duty as applicable to be included.

- Bidders quoting up to 10% below the Engineer's Estimate must submit bid security to the extent of 2% of the Engineer's Estimate.

- Venue for bid opening: Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kohistan Wildlife Division, Pattan. Electronic bids will be displayed online 30 minutes after close time; bidders or their representatives may attend.

- Other instructions include: procuring entity may reject or accept bids, may offer contract to the next lowest bidder after due diligence, additional security may be replaced by bank guarantee after award, incorrect or incomplete information may lead to disqualification, and CDRs will be returned after bank verification.
