Medical Superintendent, Category-B Hospital Chakdara, District Lower Dir invites sealed bids through the e-purchasing & Disposal System e-PADS under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) for procurement of goods and services for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014 (Single Stage One Envelope procedure).

Important instructions:
- Bid documents (detailed specifications, eligibility criteria and terms) are available from the Medical Superintendent's office during working hours or may be downloaded from the e-PADS portal.
- Bids must be uploaded on e-PADS. An original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security (as per amounts above) shall be submitted in favour of Medical Superintendent, Category-B Hospital Chakdara. Original CDR must reach the office of the Medical Superintendent by Registered Post / GPO by 11:30 AM on 2026-08-22.
- Bids will be received electronically via e-PADS; physical opening and verification of original CDRs will be done on 2026-08-22 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bidders must be registered with e-PADS, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Registrations must be in the name of the bidding firm.
- For Serial Nos. 1 to 4 (medicines, disposables, vaccines, dialysis items) bidders must possess a valid Category-A Drug Sale License.
- Each item/service requires a separate bid. Bids must be prepared on original letterhead, signed and stamped on every page. Bid validity and quoted rates shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30 or until award of a subsequent contract as per rules.
- The successful bidder will be required to sign the contract agreement on the prescribed judicial stamp and comply with relevant rules. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA.
