Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites sealed bids (via E-PAD and original hard copy) from reputed, experienced and income tax/sales tax registered workshops/firms for repair, maintenance, denting, painting, electrical, mechanical, suspension, engine overhauling, transmission, AC repair, wheel alignment, computerized diagnostics and allied services of the transport fleet of Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27 in accordance with KPPRA Act & Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Eligibility & Key Requirements
- Firm must be registered with FBR and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration.
- Bidders must be active taxpayers listed on ATL.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Must have a fully equipped workshop with qualified technical staff.
- Must have capacity to undertake repairs of police/official vehicles.
- Must not be blacklisted by any Government Department or Procurement Agency.
- All documents prescribed in bidding documents must be submitted.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Bidders to submit bids via E-PAD (scan copy) and original hard copy in two sealed envelopes by the stated closing time.
- Rates quoted shall remain valid for the contract period and work/payment will be executed only after written authorization.
- Genuine/OEM spare parts should be used unless otherwise approved.
- Payments subject to satisfactory completion and verification by inspection committee.
- Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules, 2014.
- The competent authority may increase or decrease quantities/work in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
