Firms must register and submit their EOI through ADB’s Consultant Management System (CMS). The EOI will be evaluated based on ADB’s standard criteria including technical capability and relevant experience. Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit proposals. The procurement follows ADB rules and the consultancy will be contracted in accordance with ADB’s procedures.
Submission deadline: 2026-08-29 (EOIs must be submitted online via ADB CMS by this date).
