Issuer: Pakistan Railways, Carriage Factory Islamabad. The Managing Director invites bids from original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors who are registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement will follow Single Stage–One Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Scope: 28 separate supply packages for carriage factory materials and spare parts, including (but not limited to) MS channels, GI sheets, steel channels, rounds and square billets, MS/SS plates and sheets, round bars, manganese/chain items, aluminum composite panels, stainless steel items, PVC cables, lighting (double/LED tube lights), intercar couplers, carriage roof fans, upholstery and carpet items, destination boards, water-lifting pump, adhesives & silicon sealants, paints & chemicals, pipes and rubber profiles.
