Tender Notice — Procurement of Medical, Facility Items & Works | Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Swabi

Issuer: Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex / Gajju Khan Medical College (MTI), Swabi.

Purpose: Open competitive tenders through EPADS for procurement of medical and non-medical items, equipment and facility works. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and hard-copy requirements (where specified) complied with as detailed below.

Key conditions and instructions:

• Only typed tenders on original letterhead, signed & stamped on every page, must be submitted on EPADS; handwritten tenders will not be accepted.
• Bid security must be submitted in favor of Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex-MTI, Swabi, from the account of the bidding firm/contractor who submits the bid.
• Rates shall remain valid until 2027-06-30 as per KPPRA Rule 31(4) (Framework Contract) except for Serial No. 6.
• Only manufacturers/authorized distributors may submit bids for Serial No. 4 (X-Ray Films).
• The firm must also submit hard copy bids along with original bid security and original stamp papers as required; otherwise the tender will be rejected.
• Income Tax, stamp duty, General Sales Tax (GST) or other government taxes will be charged as per rules.
• Bid security in the shape of P.O.D (pay order) will not be accepted.
• Detailed specifications/SBDs and required documents are available from Bacha Khan Medical Complex-MTI, Swabi and on the hospital websites and EPADS.
• If successful bidder supplies substandard items or items not matching issued specifications, the contract will be cancelled and order may be issued to the next eligible bidder.
• No additional documents will be entertained after tender opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids under applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules.
