E-Bidding: Establishment of Football Ground at District HQ Complex, Lakki Marwat

Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Lakki Marwat invites sealed e-bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors and contractors enlisted with relevant departments, in accordance with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Centralized Enlistment Policy for FY 2026-27.

Key submission & eligibility details

- Bidding documents may be downloaded from the EPADS portal and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement website.

- Eligible bidders must submit bids electronically through EPADS. Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted under separate sealed envelopes; where required by the bidding documents, the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked and placed in one outer sealed envelope addressed to the Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Lakki Marwat, before the bid submission deadline.

- The deadline for submission of electronic bids: 2026-08-17 at 12:30 PM. Opening of Financial Bids of technically qualified bidders will be communicated after evaluation of Technical Proposals.

- Last date and time for seeking online clarification: 2026-08-07 at 05:00 PM.

- Bid security: 2% of the approved cost (PKR 300,000) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Assistant Director, LG&RDD, Lakki Marwat.

- Bids must remain valid for 180 days. Financial bids of only technically responsive and qualified bidders will be opened. Any cutting/overwriting in bid documents is not acceptable; all submissions must comply with the stated bidding instructions and evaluation criteria.
