Tender: Solar-Based Irrigation Tube Wells & Solarization Works — Irrigation Division, District Khyber

Issuing agency: Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division, District Khyber. The Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids (Single Stage Single Envelope E-PA/DS) from eligible firms/contractors enlisted with PEC in relevant category (CE-04) for FY 2026-27, registered with KPRA and on active taxpayer list, for construction of solar-based irrigation tube wells and solarization of existing electric tube wells in merged districts on need basis.

Key submission details:

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-20 at 12:00 (Noon). Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-11 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer.

- Bidding documents, instructions to bidders and terms & conditions available for download from the Irrigation Department website (www.irrigation.gkp.pk) and KPPRA website.

- Original call deposit from schedule bank, copy of PEC registration, CNIC, NTN and KPRA registration must be submitted in a sealed envelope by post/courier/representative so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before the bid submission deadline.

- Additional security provisions and enforcement of KPPRA S.R.O/notifications for abnormally low bids will apply. Noncompliance or failure to submit required original bid security/additional security will render the bid non-responsive. Repeat violations may lead to blacklisting per KPPRA rules.
