E-Tender for Supply of Saffron Corms and Related Services — Directorate General Agricultural Research, Agricultural University Peshawar

The Directorate General, Agricultural Research, Agricultural University Campus Peshawar invites e-tenders (E-PADS) under KPPRA single stage two-envelope procedure for supply of saffron corms and provision of related training/expo/seminar services for FY 2026-27.

Key submission and eligibility information

- E-bids must be submitted/uploaded via E-PADS by 2026-08-13 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

- Tender documents fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) must be submitted to the issuing office during working hours from the date of publication.

- Original 2% bid security as CDR in favor of the undersigned must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office before closing date/time as per KPPRA rules.

- Registration requirements: For Items I & II, firms/suppliers must be registered with FBR and have active status with FBR and relevant department registrations. For Item III (services), KPRA registration is mandatory. Joint ventures (JVs) are admissible under KPPRA rules.

- All documents are available on the E-PADS system and the KPPRA website. Firms must apply on E-PADS. The Procurement Committee will first qualify firms and then evaluate qualified bids.

- Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties and import clearances and remain valid up to 2027-06-30.
