Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Badbher, Local Government, Election & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Purpose: Re-invitation of sealed bids under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure (KPPRA Rules) through the EPADS e-procurement system for minor MRS items (MRS-2025, 1st Bi-Annual) for sanitation, beautification and construction of additional rooms in specified hospitals and schools in Peshawar.
Eligibility: Government contractors registered with PEC, enrolled with Local Council Board, KPPRA enlisted with C&W Department and active with FBR as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for FY 2026-27. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS and also provide one hard sealed envelope (containing technical documents and original call deposit) marked as "Technical Bid" to the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Badbher, Main Kohat Road, Near Ring Road Flyover Garhi Qamar Din, Peshawar.
