Banking Court-II Hyderabad Summons in ZTBL Recovery Suit No. 201/2026

Banking Court-II, Hyderabad has issued a summons in Suit No. 201 of 2026 filed by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), Head Office Faisal Avenue, Islamabad, seeking recovery under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 of an outstanding amount Rs. 1,119,174 (plus markup and costs) from Muhammad Yaqub son of Saleh Koneharo.
