Balochistan Mines & Minerals Auction: Royalty Collection Contracts for Minor Minerals (Aug 2026)

Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Balochistan invites sealed bids for auction of royalty-collection contracts for minor minerals (sand, bajri, gravel, ordinary stone) from specified mineral areas in the province. Auctions are scheduled at district offices as listed: Turbat on 2026-08-27 and Gwadar on 2026-08-28.

Interested contractors must obtain Form “A” from the office on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000; attach a certified copy of the computerized national identity card and submit a refundable call deposit in favour of the Director General Mines & Minerals, Balochistan (bank guarantee/checks not acceptable). Only local/eligible original contractors may participate; representatives are not permitted. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the approved bid within ten days; 10% tax will be deducted. Failure to comply will lead to forfeiture of the deposit and re-auction as per terms. PRQ No. 330/22-07-2026; enquiries at the Regional Office, Mines & Minerals, Gwadar.
