Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO). E-bids are invited for supply of materials on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores (Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Raja & Wah). Material must comply with relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications and FBR registration/prototype approval (if applicable).
Submission & Opening:
E-Bids to be submitted online only via E-PADS (E-PADS Version 2.0) portal: http://www.epads.gov.pk. Bids will be received up to 10:30 AM on the closing date and opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. The bidding will be conducted on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Only electronic bids are acceptable; original bid security/guarantee in specified form must be submitted as required. Prices must remain firm and on FCS basis without any foreign exchange variation for a period of 120 days from date of opening.
