Tender: Electrification Works & Water Supply Tanks, DHA City Karachi — Bid Deadline 2026-06-22

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, DHA City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) for electrification works of water supply facilities (underground/overhead water tanks) in Sector-1 and Sector-2, DHA City Karachi.

How to obtain tender documents: Documents available from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHAC Karachi (Super Highway M-9, DHA City Karachi) during working hours from 2026-06-08 on submission of a written request, valid PEC registration certificate and payment of the Rs. 5,000 non-refundable tender fee (pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi).

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-15 at 11:00 hrs in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.

Submission & opening: Sealed bids to be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi on or before 2026-06-22 by 14:30 hrs. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 15:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later specified date.

Bid security: Pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi equal to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted with the financial bid.

Notes: Firms that purchased earlier tender documents in response to the 09 May 2026 notice may obtain fresh documents without additional charges. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids under applicable rules and regulations.
