Issuer: Program Director, Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPPP), Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab.
Purpose: Corrigendum to the Request for Bids (RFB) for hiring a firm to produce culturally resonant, evidence-informed short films for OTT & social media and engagement of celebrities & influencers for SBCC. The corrigendum aligns the bidding document with World Bank procurement regulations by removing restrictive bid-security bank requirements and extending submission deadlines.

Binding nature: This Corrigendum/Addendum No. 01 is issued pursuant to ITB 9 of the Bidding Document and shall form an integral part of the Bidding Document.
