Malir Industrial Park (MIP) Prequalification Notice — Consultancy for Technical Vetting of Industrial Building Plans (Karachi)

Issuer: Malir Industrial Park (MIP) / PEZDMC. MIP invites prequalification submissions from eligible consultancy firms for technical vetting of industrial building plans and drawings for Malir Industrial Park, Karachi.

Scope & eligibility: Prequalification of consultant firms for technical vetting of industrial building plans and drawings. Firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, hold valid PEC registration for the year 2025/2026, and possess a valid Electric License Certificate.

Procurement procedure: Sealed bids will be received through a two-stage, two-envelope procedure. Sealed technical bids (one original and one copy) should be delivered to the PEZDMC Secretariat on or before 1400 hours on 2026-06-24; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial bids/proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be called later. MIP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with rules and regulations.

RFP collection & payment: RFP documents are available from the office of the undersigned from 2026-06-08 on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed non-refundable RFP fee (pay order in favor of "Pakistan Economic Zone Development and Management Company Pvt Ltd") and production of valid PEC registration certificate, FBR and online payment/PEC Electric License Certificate as applicable.
