Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Fabrication & Fixing of Visitor Chairs — Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (PEC C-6)

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad. Applications are invited through EPADS/e-procurement for the supply, fabrication and fixing of visitor chairs at the outer synthetic athletic track and grassy football ground, Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Download and upload bidding documents via the e-procurement portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Tender notice is also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications (technical and financial proposals) must be submitted through EPADS; manual submissions will not be entertained.

Bid security / earnest money: Submit in the form of bank draft, pay order or CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original must be delivered to the undersigned before the closing date/time, otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive.

Eligibility & required documents (summary): firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (valid up to 30 June 2026) and meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents; provide proof of National NTN and ATL listing, bank statement; notarized affidavit on judicial stamp paper stating the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body. In case of any discrepancy, documents/information in the downloaded proposals shall prevail. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
