Tender: Repair, Maintenance & Supply of Spare Parts for Govt. Vehicles — Information Department, Gilgit-Baltistan

Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Secretariat Information Department, Gilgit invites sealed tenders from reputed registered firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors for procurement, purchasing and supply of items/services for the Financial Year 2026-27. Tenders must be submitted to the Secretary Information Department, GB, Secretariat (Jutial, Gilgit) New Building, Ground Floor.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Sealed tenders must be submitted on or before 12:00 hours on the date mentioned above. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors/suppliers or their authorized representatives at the Secretary Information Office, Secretariat, Jutial, Gilgit.

- Contractors/suppliers may offer only the category of tender in which they have complete set up (own shop/store/auto shop), technical experts/workers/staff with past and post experience (documentary evidence required).

- Firms must have adequate supply capability within Gilgit-Baltistan; the successful firm will also be bound to supply demanded items/services at Islamabad if required.

- Bid security/call deposit must be in the shape of bank draft/pay order issued by a bank in the name of Deputy Secretary Information, Department GB. Tender without call deposit from the bank will not be accepted.

- Bidding documents of only registered firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors will be entertained. All items not included or covered after award will be determined per prevailing retail market rates in the open market at the time of supply/delivery.

- Updated bank statement duly attested/verified by concerned bank branch for one year (2025-2026) showing a balance of Rs.1,000,000 and minimum five years work experience in the relevant field, registration certificate and non-blacklisting certificate and supporting papers as mentioned in bidding documents must be attached with the sealed tender duly attested.

- The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per relevant instructions/guidelines of GB PPR.
