Tender: Registration of Vendors for Local Purchase of Medicines & Medical Devices – Gujranwala Teaching Hospital (FY 2026-27)

Gujranwala Teaching Hospital invites e-bids from licensed pharmacies with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities for registration as vendors for day-to-day local purchase of medicines and medical devices for FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 and subsequent amendments.

Key instructions:

- Submit e-bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. The PITB portal process referenced in the notice will be used for day-to-day purchases.

- Purchases will follow open competitive bidding under applicable Punjab procurement rules. Bidders must meet technical, financial and managerial eligibility and comply with documentation requirements stated in the bidding documents.

- Bidding documents and further instructions can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal. Bidders should follow the portal instructions for submission and opening. Prescribed bid security (earnest money) of Rs. 50,000 must be furnished as specified in the bidding documents.

- The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per applicable rules and to apply standard evaluation criteria (including past performance, experience and compliance with submission requirements).
