Important instructions:

  • Procurement will be conducted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents and detailed terms/specifications can be downloaded from the Punjab PPRA portal (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab E-Procurement site prior to the closing date/time.
  • E-bids must include separate Technical and Financial offers (inclusive of all taxes). Upload bids on the e-Procurement system; bids will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the specified opening time. Late bids will not be entertained.
  • Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be applied as per PPRA rules and Punjab Procurement Regulations.
  • Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement system in the manner prescribed by the PITB/Punjab e-Procurement system. No physical financial instruments will be accepted.
  • The successful bidders must sign the contract and furnish a 5% performance guarantee electronically through the e-Procurement system as prescribed. All applicable federal and provincial taxes will apply.
  • Bidders should submit company profile, technical/managerial capabilities, after-sales service information (if applicable), past experience and client list as required. Rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes.
