Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory Islamabad — Invitation to Bids via ePADS (Aug 2026)

Pakistan Railways, Carriage Factory Islamabad invites sealed bids through the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from original manufacturers, authorised distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR). Single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure will be used in accordance with Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security must be submitted physically before closing in the tender box at the Office of the District Controller of Purchases, Pakistan Railways Carriage Factory, I-11/4, J.I. Principal Road, Islamabad, while scanned copies of the complete bid must be uploaded on EPADS.
