NDMA Auction: Government Vehicles and Motorbikes — Auction on 2026-08-18 in Islamabad

Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (Prime Minister's Office), Islamabad. NDMA intends to auction government vehicles and motorbikes. Inspection and auction details, eligibility, deposit and payment terms are provided below.

Inspection: 17 August 2026 at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad.
Auction/closing: 18 August 2026 at 15:00 hrs at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad.

Key terms & conditions

- Bidders must present their original CNIC at the time of auction.
- Bidders are required to bring pay order / bank draft as earnest money: PKR 10,000 for motorcycles; PKR 25,000 for vehicles up to 1300cc; PKR 50,000 for vehicles beyond 1300cc.
- The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bidding amount immediately on the spot. The 25% will be refunded if full payment is deposited in the Government Treasury. If full payment is not deposited within the prescribed time (three days), the advance payment will be forfeited.
- Payment of any outstanding token tax (if any) is the responsibility of the successful bidder.
- Original documents / registration books of vehicles will be delivered only after completion of payment and other codal requirements.
- All applicable government taxes will be paid by the successful bidder.
- Vehicles will be handed over to the buyer after transfer/registration of the vehicle within 15 days.
- The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
