Ghazi University (D.G. Khan) E-Tender Notice for Civil & Water-Supply Works

Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan invites online bids through Punjab E-Procurement (E-Tendering) for multiple civil and water-supply schemes at its New and City campuses. Notification No. SO(N-II)/GC-1/(407)/2023 dated 2023-05-26.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or above and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal may participate.

- Bidders must register and upload required documents on the e-procurement website (https://ppp.punjab.gov.pk). Scanned copies of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2% of the estimated cost from a scheduled bank must be uploaded; original CDRs must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee before bid opening.

- Bids will be received and processed through the e-tendering system in accordance with PPPRA Rules.

Submission and opening:

- Last date and time for submission: 2023-06-21 at 11:00 AM.

- Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
