Framework tender for local purchase of medicines and medical devices (surgical disposables etc.) for FY 2026-2027 through the Punjab E-Procurement System under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended till date).

Submission and bidding procedure:

• Submit e-bids online via Punjab e-Procurement System: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
• Single-stage two-envelope procedure; uploading POI file method to be used for submitting the e-bid.
• All bidders must provide bid security electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB)/Punjab e-Procurement System.
• Bank guarantee / CDR / Pay Order / Bank Draft (call deposit) must also be submitted physically at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Govt. Haji Abdul Qayyum DHQ Hospital Sahiwal.
• Late bids will be rejected. Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Submission of any fake information/document will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
