NDMA Auction: 22 Vehicles & 7 Motorbikes – Inspection 17 Aug, Auction 18 Aug 2026 (Islamabad)

Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad. NDMA intends to auction a fleet of used vehicles and motorbikes. Inspection and auction schedule, bidder requirements, earnest money and delivery terms are provided below.

Key Auction Terms

- Bidders must present original CNIC at the time of auction.

- Earnest money (pay order/bank draft payable to NDMA): Rs. 10,000 per motorcycle; Rs. 25,000 per vehicle up to 1,300cc; Rs. 50,000 per vehicle above 1,300cc.

- Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot. Full payment must be made into Government Treasury within the prescribed time; failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the deposited amount.

- Payment of any outstanding token tax or applicable government taxes is the responsibility of the successful bidder.

- Original registration documents/books will be delivered only after completion of payment and other codal requirements. Vehicles will be handed over after transfer of registration within 15 days.

- The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Inspection and Auction Schedule

- Vehicle inspection: 17 August 2026 at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad.

- Auction date & time: 18 August 2026 at NDMA Headquarters, Islamabad at 15:00 hrs.
