National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids on a single-stage, two-envelope basis from reputable, experienced, and financially sound firms/companies for the purchase of stationery for exams, including OMR sheets. Samples of stationery/OMR sheets will be provided during the tender opening for evaluation.

| Submission Format | Single-stage, two-envelope: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal submitted separately along with physical samples. Technical proposals will be opened and evaluated first; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. |
