How to apply: Applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit prequalification documents through the e-Procurement portal using the PDF upload method. Prequalification documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System or the PPRA website without payment of tender fee.
Important deadlines and opening: Applications must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2016-08-19 at 11:00 AM. Electronic opening of submissions will take place on the same date at 11:30 AM.
Notes and procedure: The prequalification process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Prequalified firms will be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure) will apply for the subsequent bidding process. The process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 (as referenced).
