Tender: Procurement of Abkalani Materials & Machinery for 2026-27 – Ghotki Division (Irrigation)

Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Ghotki Division (Irrigation), Ghotki (Anwar Ali Soomro).

Notice inviting e-tenders (Single Stage, Two Envelopes) through SPPRA EPADS / e-Procurement System for procurement of materials and machinery for works along canals and bunds in Ghotki Division for Financial Year 2026-27. Minimum financial turnover requirement: Rs. 20.00 million in the last five years. Bidders must submit Technical and Financial proposals via EPADS. Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of technically responsive firms will be opened thereafter.

Key submission & opening instructions: Bids to be submitted via SPPRA EPADS. Technical proposals must be uploaded with required documents; initially only technical proposals will be opened. Bidders or their authorised representatives with original CNIC and power of attorney may attend the opening.

Essential eligibility / documents (to be uploaded and presented in original for verification): valid NTN and filer status (including Income Tax filer statement for FY 2024-25); GST registration and quarterly sales tax filer statement for FY 2024-25; registration with Sindh Revenue Board as required; deposit/tender fee (non-refundable); affidavit declaring firm not blacklisted; bid security; annual income tax returns for last two years; bank statements for last two years; experience certificates showing similar works with cumulative value of at least Rs. 20.00 million; list of machinery/equipment; biodata of engineering and technical staff.

Other important notes: Incomplete or conditional tenders will not be entertained. All taxes and duties applicable will be deducted as per rules. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA rules.
