PESSI MNCH Kot Lakhpat Lahore Tender: Framework Contracts for Medicines, Medical Appliances, Lab Chemicals & X-Ray Films (Closing 2026-08-15)

Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) MNCH, Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Lahore invites bids through Punjab E-Procurement from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors/AOP registered with Punjab E-Procurement to conclude framework contracts for the year 2026-27 on FOR basis. Bidders must have established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and must not be blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI. Sales Tax and Income Tax (Active) registered bidders only.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelopes as per Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal" shall be uploaded on Punjab E-Procurement. E-bidding documents, detailed specifications and instructions are available from the date of publication on the PPRA, PESSI websites and E-Procurement portal. Bid security must be submitted in E-Procurement format before the closing time.

Submission & opening: Bidders may submit their bids on Punjab E-Procurement till 11:00 AM on the respective tender date. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement will be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procuring agency may cancel the tender as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules.
