UET Lahore (Building & Works) Tender Notice for Student Chairs and Solar Inverter Batteries

Issuer: University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore — Building & Works Department. Public e-tenders are invited under PPRA-Punjab E-Tendering System for supply/procurement as detailed below. Bidders must be registered on the PPRA-Punjab e-procurement portal and follow e-bidding procedures.

• Bidders must register on PPRA-Punjab e-procurement portal (www.punjab.gov.pk or respective e-procurement links) to participate and download bidding documents.
• All tender documents and detailed specifications are available for download from the PPRA and UET websites as per the e-procurement procedure.
• Earnest money in the form of CDR equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be uploaded and the original CDR submitted to the Project Director, Building & Works Department, UET Lahore Main Campus before bid opening. Bidders failing to submit original CDR will be disqualified.
• Technical bids will be opened in presence of bidders or authorized representatives at the Conference Hall adjacent to the Vice-Chancellor Office by the Central Procurement Cell.
• No cutting/amendment in quoted bids will be accepted through the electronic system.
• All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per prevailing policy/instructions.
• Selected firm/company will be required to submit a 5% performance guarantee as applicable.
• Any firms submitting false information may face blacklisting by regulatory bodies (PPRA, FBR etc.).
• Tendering will follow PPRA Rules (2014, amended & updated). The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules.
